Music and Meditations
The music aims to create an uplifting environment of relaxation and contemplation. Using soft, warm sounds and repetitive phrases, some of which were inspired by those "playing in the Spirit" moments in charismatic worship, the mind is soothed and the body relaxed. The verses appear often enough to remind you of the focus but leave plenty of space for your own prayer and worship.
